INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
This guestbook does not require a database. All entries are stored in a flat text file called "https://www.tradebit.com"
1) Open guestbook.php and edit only TWO variables to suit you.
The variables are:
$max_entry_per_page = "20";
This is the maximum number of entries per page when you view your guestbook.
Although it is best to keep it at 20, you can set it to anything you like.
$max_record_in_data_file = "1000";
This is the maximum number of entries that can be stored in the https://www.tradebit.com file
2) Configure the html code contained in guestbook.php to suit your website.
Please note that guestbook.php is formed of TWO pages stored in ONE file.
(The "main guestbook" page and the "sign the gustbook" page)
It is clearly marked in guestbook.php where the html that you can edit begins and ends.
3) Upload guestbook.php and https://www.tradebit.com to the root directory of your server, using your favorite FTP program.
4) Upload the images to your images folder to the root directory of your server, using your favorite FTP program.
If your images folder is NOT called "images", then upload the WHOLE images folder and its contents.
5) Change the permissions as follows:
"https://www.tradebit.com" -> chmod 777
Your now ready to go. :)
