Leslie Marie is a new 13 year old vocal sensation. Leslie has been training as a pop and classical singer for 5 years. Leslie''s vocal talent combines the power of the pop diva''s full voice, to the grace, flexibility, and clarity of a Lyrical Soprano. Leslie brings elegance and excitement to the stage, where she likes to share her God given talent to people of all ages. At a very early age, Leslie began singing religious songs, then to country, broadway and pop, and finally to classical and opera. Her first public appearance was singing the Ave Maria by Schubert in her kindergarten graduation. She was in a children''s choir in her church for a while then progressed to become a soloist. She has performed at many special occasions. She sang at the reception of Monsignor Sweeney''s latest appointment as monsignor, performed at the reception of Fr. Noel''s 50th priesthood anniversary. She was a special guest artist at the Santo Nino Festival at St. Maria Gorreti Church in Feb 2003, 2004 and 2005. She was a guest entertainer at the Zsa Zsa Padilla and Khu Ledesma welcome party at Tito Reys restaurant, Daly City 2003. She was a special guest singer at the concert of Anthony Castello at the Santa Clara Convention Center on Feb 14,2003. She performed at the 2002 Sinag-tala Theatrical Revue in Sacramento. She performed at the pistahan SF 2001/2002, at Philippine Independence day celebration 2002 in Sacramento and at Daly City/Quezon City 2002 Friendship Day Celebration. She performed at the Phil Independence day dinner and dance celebration at the Pavalkis Hall at St. John''s in Milpitas on June 14,2004. She performed at the birthday anniversary of the United Nations Association in 2003 at Sheraton Sunnyvale Hotel. She won the grand champion at the 2002 Calif. state Talent Competition-Opera/Classical division. Winner of the 2002 and 2005 Universal Sweepstake talent competition/ 2001 winner National Talent Competition -Palm Spring and a Double Grand Champion winner of the Cal state talent competition-Alameda County. A Double Grand Champion is the highest honor in the State Championships. Leslie was also a winner/performer for the City of Fremont Cultural Arts Talent Show Case 2004. Leslie''s proudest moment was the release of her first CD, Leslie Marie "My Heart To You" Her CD includes two original songs - "My Heart To You" and "One Breath Away" Leslie is working on preparing a concert tour.
