This is a cd / dvd compilation of selected works from Cosmicity. It includes an audio history of the band from 1997 through 2004. This is the last recording from the band. They broke-up afterwards. With nineteen tracks, only the most important tracks are represented here.
The second disc is a DVD. A video history of the band including the complete "Technology" and "Sedgwick" video. Backstage, tesimonials, infomercial, and rare studio session footage is included.
