I was born in New Orleans, and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. I now live in Olympia, Washington, with my husband KC. The Main Focus and Love is our life on the farm.... "I invoke that what comes from and to this place creates opportunity to fulfill my destiny, whatever that is." I continually re-commit myself to this place and our work.
The Focus of my life is not music, but rather what music can accomplish to help others to:
* awaken to their potential
* cooperate vs. compete
* share what they have in excess.
Animals: The Farm is my expression of a place for animals to live in peace. I''ve had countless "weird" experiences with critters, because, I guess, I understand them. They are not furry or feathered people - they are species-specific and do not have souls, but experience emotion and are capable (many of them) to respond to human thought. I put out a couple hundred pounds of bird and critter feed weekly.
I consider my religion to be Spirituality...a tapestry of truths inherent in all religions; what connects us through the heart and discernment rather than what separates us through dogmas and limiting rules created by those in power desiring to control others. I am none of the -isms...Judaism, Buddhism, Christianism, etc...but like to believe I have borrowed from those religions pieces I find comforting and loving towards others. I have daily rituals; beliefs which enable me to stay connected with Spirit, with Mother Nature and with The Creator''s energy.
I want my music to land wherever it can help those needing it, to learn more about themselves and be of service to others.
My friends are Number 1 in my life. True wealth and love. We create our dreams in conjunction with those of our friends''. I am loyal to a fault and very protective of my friends. I live in gratitude of the gifts from others.
It has been a fascinating journey, to arrive at me.
