Bill Noel is the producer of the video documentary "The American Acoustic Guitar". During that production he built two of the guitars played on this collection.
Picking up the guitar as a teenager in the farmlands of Kentucky (his older brother''s Silvertone Jumbo Western), he honed his performing skills in the acoustic club scene of 1980s Dallas, Texas.
Noel''s music is characterized by driving melodies and agile right hand technique.
