Since 2000, Cat, Jump! has entertained the St. Louis area and beyond with their eclectic mix of alt-country, blues, and space pop.
In 2005, the band released their first self recorded effort, Until the Beat Stops, after which bassist Owen Pye was replaced with Butch Zollner. Currently the band is experimenting with exciting new sounds, but stay true to their roots of power pop and alternative country.
The band has played radio stations (see news), major venues, and small coffeehouses, and their current incarnation is set for greater success than ever. Songwriter John Krane is also embarking on solo shows around the area to drum up support for the band as they set up their second Southern tour.
