Johnny''s old school R&B - Southern Blues and Country mixed together creating truely original alt country style of music. Johnny first started playing guitar when he was about 5 or 6 years old...his uncle left a guitar during a visit and it didn''t take him long to pick it up and start playing. By Junior High he joined his first band and started writing songs and no matter how he tried they always came out a little country...that was because of father''s country influences. He joined the Air Force and was stationed in Biloxi MS. That''s when he discovered the blues...Robert Johnson and the legend of Highway 61. A number of years past-by and it wasn''t until 2003 when he moved to Chicago and the circle was complete. Disillusioned with Corporate America Johnny rediscover himself and his music and has created his first release to share with the world.
