Enin was born in the “windy city” of Chicago, Illinois. He was reared in Clarksdale, Mississippi (The Home of the Blues). His vocal style encompasses and array of soulful R&B/Gospel blends, which reflect the creative culture of the Mississippi Delta. Singing in rule churches since the tender age of five, his grandmother soon picked up that there was something different about him early on. Enin was quickly groomed for musical success upon graduating from Fresno High School in Fresno, California; where his family later relocated, he soon mastered all the areas of performing arts the school could offer. He quickly became a local rising star in the California Central valley wining local talent competitions and Community Theater events. After High school his life took a more patriotic role as he enlisted in the United States Army serving with honors in the Persian Gulf War of 1991. When it would seem all hope of stardom where doused, upon his return to the United States he focused all his creative energy on writing and recording songs and taking classes at Burkley College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts which helped lay his foundation for the music industry. Since then many noted recording artist, music producers, and industry heads have recognized Enin’s studio work habits that helped propel his career to the next level. His track record includes performances for or with: R. Kelly, Paris Red, Freddie Jackson, Chuckii Booker, Pattie Labelle, Boyz II Men, Roger and Zap, Larry Gettens of Cool and the gang, Usher, D’Angelo, DRS, Prince, Joe, Silk, Tevin Cambell, Damien Hall, Portrait, Special Generation, Quincy Jones, GMWA (California Chapter) Dr. Bobbie Jones, Brian McKnight, snoop Dogg, Brandy, American Music Awards (1997) Music Exposure Management, and many other industry Artist. Enin’s ventures as a songwriter inclued the R&B Release And Then Came Enin! (Wake up Music/MMS/SONY RECORDS), (Frankfurt,Germany) “Laid Back Grooves!” (Hilltown Records) (compilation), “PRAY” (E-NINE MUSIC/CDBABY) gospel, “PUT YOUR TRUST IN JESUS” (ENINE MUSIC/CDBABY) gospel and his latest unreleased work “KEEPING IT REAL” 901 Entertainment. Enin answered a call to the Ministry in 1997 and continues to spread the “Good News in his art, living, music and songs in hope for a better day for all mankind by creating real music about real ordinary people.
