New Yorkers know they don’t have to go very far to find Bob, up in a Harlem or down on Broadway…in Brooklyn and out in Queens!
Bob is a main attraction during the summer concerts on Jazz Mobile and various New York City parks. Bob has played in almost every club in New York including the Lenox Lounge - Zebra Room, St. Nicks Pub, 55 Bar & The Garage in Greenwich Village. The title song “Walkin’ Bass is really very similar to how you see Bob as he goes
about town with his Bass.

Here you are privy to one of Bob’s favorite musical unions, with his dear friend Bross Townsend, an extraordinary pianist,as is clearly demonstrated throughout this album. “Walkin’ Bass” is a labor of love, you can feel the vibes between the musicians, all excellent in their own right. Best of all you can tell they had fun, and you will too!
