Rhyming for over 15 years, Truman didn''t record any projects of any kind until the mid 90''s, the same time period that Truman''s family came to Philadelphia, PA. In 1996, the clique " Countapartz" was fromed alongside "The Antedote" (Water & Oxygeen) and later expanded. Collaborations with other local artists ensued into the new millenium at a time when Truman with two other producers formed a now defuncted foundation ENT. With foundation, Truman released locally his 1st solo project called "Rastafarian Hip Hop: Music for the Babylon Dred".
Generating a buzz in the streets, a "Best of" mix CD along with a group called "Politically Elite" soon followed. After a quick stint in jail, Truman got back on track by forming "The Truman Administration" which consist of MC''S who are all a part of G.M.H. (Gettin Money Hustlers), a collection of artists who all represent Liberia, or have Librerian blood as does Truman. G.M.H. has since dropped a numerous amount of projects to date, complilations and various works. Countapartz has since went on to perform at various shows with artist "Reef the Lost Cauze", the youngest member in the camp. While "The Truman show" is a sure blazer, Truman refuses to let up until the right business venture pops up. Primarily a distribution deal for Countapartz Entertainment, which would surely put a choke hold on the game, as everyone in this movement are stars in the making.
