The "Rights" EP is Military Special''s final album.
Recorded at their Minneapolis duplex, and released at their 100th and final show, "Rights" represents the result of a cathartic moment in the band''s career.
The way they saw it—when faced with that reality all bands must one day face—they had two options. They could play out their remaining schedule and ride off into the sunset; or, they could commit their last handful of songs to a final EP, give it away to their friends at one last big blowout, and then ride off into the sunset.
They chose option B.
