Although Oliver was born in Domazlice (1983) he spent his „wild“ years in Pilsen. There as a student he was going to his first parties and was meeting new people from the local scene in Pilsen. He was gaining his writing skills slowly but surely. That lead to forming a new local hip hop group called “Divokej Zapad” (can be translated as “Wild West”).
In 2001 they recorded their first album named as the group “Divokej Zapad” and toured though the Czech Republic. A year and half after that “Divokej Zapad” fell apart and Oliver besides rapping tries to develop his djing skills, manage parties and collect jazz, funk and soul vinyls. In 2008 he establishes his own label called “Everydays” and year after that he starts working on his solo debut. Thanks to his friends and connections to classical musicians he starts to record the album almost entirely live. That is very nontraditional form to a Czech hip hop album. Lyrics represent his life experience, opinions and stories as well. It all is greatly represented mostly by the music composer Onrej Zatkuliak. The album “Penize nebo Zivot” (can be translated as “Money or Life”) was released in cooperation between “Everydays” and “Amplión records”.
