My name is Paul Barnett and I am a solo producer of various electronic styles of music under the artist name ‘emil109’. My main influences are The Prodigy, Leftfield, Depeche Mode, Linkin Park, Nine Inch Nails and Chemical Brothers. The sounds from which I create are mixed instrumental and anthem vocals, mainly dance/house with break beats and some elements of trance and drum and bass. I write and produce my own material using various music making and recording software and have overtime created a generic and original sound.
I have previously released two instrumental albums ‘Fuel Injected’ in 2006 and ‘Live is Backwards for eviL’ earlier this year. Currently my musical projects are the release of ‘Who’s Calling?’ a new remix taken off the album ‘Live is Backwards for eviL’ and a new album with the working title ‘Visions of Europa’.
‘Who’s Calling?’ EP is intended to promote both the single and the album from which it came, as well as elements of my forthcoming album by including two new demo tracks taken from that project, and also plan to release one or both as a fully produced single.
‘Who’s Calling?’ also has a promotional video to accompany the single which is currently being shown on the net. My other tracks are available on itunes, CD Baby and Amazon in digital format.
