I recorded this late one night when it was quiet in the house. This song is dedicated to my wife who I love greatly. Looking back on life I have learned to not have any regrets. I believe in destiny.
Snow Luminos ™ is an independent artist that creates all his music in his little home studio.
Most of Snow''s songs start with a simple guitar rhythm track and then a few rhythm and lead guitar tracks on top of that. He is new to songwriting and recording but is having fun learning the craft and is having fun with the art of it.
Snow is not a drummer or base player so many of his songs don''t even include drums or base. He is learning how to create some drum tracks using software and base is usually played with an acoustic guitar with some effects... not the ideal situation. Therefore, many times Snow leaves these other parts out of the mix and just sticks to what he feels is best for him. If Snow is frisky, he might lay a vocal track in there. He does enjoy singing and is finding his voice each day the more he sings and practices.
He keeps his recording process very simple because he is not a professional sound engineer. Basically a Seagull S6 + CW Cedar acoustic guitar plugged into a Marshall Acoustic AS50R Soloist amp with a SM57 mic listening and sending into a Boss Digital Studio BR-532 for some compression. He uses a simple Radio Shack 7 band mixer that sends into a HP computer to Adobe Audition 3 where Snow records the tracks. He usually records as dry as possible and then adds a few effects. Inside Adobe Audition he tweaks a bit here and there and then sends out to the master.
Lately many of his tracks have and are recorded using FL Studio software.
At times he might play his 12 string Takamine G series Acoustic Guitar EG523SC-12 or his electric guitar Hohner Professional SE35.
Snow Luminos ™ is having a blast recording and placing his little tracks here for any fans that chose to accept him and his style.
