After time spent living everywhere, Houston-native Brant Lee Croucher finds himself back in Houston, the place where it all began. While all roads ultimately led Croucher “home”, the experiences along the way inspired the thirteen tracks that fill out Croucher’s debut album, Old Denton Roads. In addition to penning and singing each song, Croucher played guitar, piano, and harmonica on the album, which dances effortlessly between country, Americana, and rock. Each track tells a story, shares another part of the life that took the 29-year old across Texas, into Tennessee, ever out of one world and into another. Much like the varied interests and experiences that make up his background, the album manages a comfortable mish-mash of witty, warm and wistful, while retaining a sound that is uniquely Brant Lee Croucher.
