Details:
48 trax is back, keeping it, hard, real and raw with his latest CD release, Concrete DNA. 48''s flow on this CD is sick as he raps about his inner-city youth, teenage angst and growing up. 48 takes us back to his early roots with songs like Halloween, Streets, The Low and the title track Concrete DNA. 48’s style and rhymes are unmatched as he get''s straight to the point with the first song on the CD, What’s Up? 48 trax keeps the hard edge of the CD throughout with songs like I’m The Devil’s Own and So Much Transparency. Although this album stays away from the over the top, in your face, hardcore messages found in his previous CD, Cranium Meld, 48 still likes to rap about politics and pertinent insinuations and 48’s intellectual, artistic and political side on this CD are fantastic, with the wonderful song Radioactive and the avant-garde Leninist song Decades. While the albums sound gravitates towards the more Southern and West-Coast gangster genre, it''s 48''s stories about life and loss that make this a great CD for every rap and hip-hop fan.
