Ed and Carol Nicodemi are a New York City based jazz vocal and 7-String guitar duo. They have performed songs, both standards and originals from their CDs, at venues such as Mannahatta, Barnes and Noble, and the Nuyorican Cafe. One of their original tunes, Trouble in Paradise, has been covered by jazz great Kenny Barron.
Ed has also claimed royalties for his original film scores and new age/ambient piano music on Dateline NBC and The History Channel. He and Carol are excited to release this new Holiday CD with favorite songs and some originals, sure to join the classic standards. Both artists choose song material that speak to them personally, playing off of one another easily, and with great musicality.
