The Thurston Lava Tube are a psychedlic, experimental surf instrumental band from Leicester, England. They have recorded four albums since 2001. Prior to this founder member Alan Jenkins recorded three albums as "Alan Jenkins and The Thurston Lava Tube" during which the proper 2001 band came together.
