My approach to music is simple: I make the music I''m inspired to make without any concern for what genre it will fit into, or who will or won''t like it. I like to try and capture the full range of human emtion with my music, and for this reason, my musical style tends to be all over the map.
This song features some of the most aggressive vocals I''ve recorded to date. I take pride in my 4 octave range, but I also feel that a well-placed blood-curdling scream can be a powerful tool of musical expression (How great is Roger Daltry''s scream in "Won''t Get Fooled Again"!? - best part of a great song in my book). This particular single also includes one of my favorite guitar solos I''ve ever recorded. I felt like I finally came into my own on the 8 string guitar on this song.
