A Montreal, Canada native Eric took on the saxophone at age 13 and never looked back. His biggest client to date is Cirque du Soleil, where he worked on 5 of the company’s productions; “Quidam”, “Alegria”, ‘Saltimbanco”, “Corteo” and currently “O” either as a musician, consultant, programmer, assistant musical director and musical director. Other major acts to employ Eric are “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno”, ‘Good Morning America”, Vasti Jackson, Nikky Yanofsky, LCQ Productions (“Night Fever” and “Elvis Story, the Mega-Production”), Lulu Hughes, France D’Amours, Barbara Secours, Productions Mario Bazinet, Native Vibe, The Boogie Wonder Band, Opera de Montreal and Valerie Cormier amongst others. In 2007, Eric co-founded “Jelly Fiche”, a French Rock band, releasing in 2008 “Tout ce que j’ai reve”. This project allowed Eric to open for rock legend “Fish” in Montreal.
Jelly Fiche’s “Tout ce que j’ai reve” was Eric’s first complete album as a producer and composer. Since then, Eric wrote and produced several projects such as the music for Duo Gaban’s Hand to Hand act, now presented at Bally’s casino’s production “Jubilee” in Las Vegas, New Image Line’s “City Dream” production’s soundtrack and album, the soundtrack for Montreal’s “Urbania” production and many others.
Eric’s discography as a musician include Cirque du Soleil’s “Saltimbanco”, LCQ production’s “Night Fever”, “Kra-z-noize”, Michael’s “Il Tempo”, Clerc Obscur’s “Teadium Vitae”, Lulu Hughes’ “Cazy Mama”, Mathieu Lavoie’s “Avaler le Vent”
along with Cirque du Soleil’s “Alegria” and “Journey of Man” DVD soundtracks. Eric is currently living in Las Vegas, working on his first jazz album and movie scores.
