Chakra Calm was inspired by my fascination, study, and experience in the healing arts. As a musician and body worker I felt moved to combine these modalities. The intention is to manifest vibrations and sounds that resonate and soothe the primary energy centers in and around the body, to inspire mental, emotional and physical balancing. All tracks were created improvisationally while utilizing standard key notes for each energy center.
This compilation progresses upward from the root chakra, and then focuses on vibrations specific for the mind and emotions and then transcends downward ending with the root chakra for a grounding effect. All tracks are joined together to keep a flow to the session, although they may be set to repeat if specific work is desired.
Healing is a personal journey utilizing our own inner wisdom and help from others. It is also my intention that this music helps you on your own healing path.
