Tempest & The Diaspora (shortened to T&D or TND) is an American industrial metal hardcore band founded by Scott Michael ‘Tempest’ Owens (guitar, vocals, programming) in Denver, CO in 2007. The band line up includes Sinác (lead and rhythm guitars, backing vocals), Moon (drums) and Buddy F. Christ (bass).
The band has no influences that much. Their goal is to make original, heavy and ambitious music based on their own ideas and music making skills.
The Amanita Muscaria album features a brutal, antagonistic set of heavy guitar driven songs with lyrics that criticize family issues, politics, religion etc.
It was mastered by Jonathan Case (Bound In Oblivion, former 16Volt). Additional drums were recorded by Eric Bergen from NVEiN.
