Tim Kniest has been writing and performing music since the late 1960''s. He was born and raised along the Mississippi River in a farming community called St. Louis in Missouri. His musical interests cut across most varieties from Jazz, Classical, older Country to Rock and Roll and the British Invaders to the New Wave and Alternative. These genres are reflected in his writing and lyrics.
