Racquel studied Tap, Ballet, ethnic, gymnastics and Jazz dance at Adelle''s Dance School, and Perfections in NY. Racquel has taught herself the art of Hip Hop dance, and she is quickly making a name for herself as a dancer and choreographer. Racquel Charles is an active member of the arts program at her high school, holding position as Percussion/Pit Captain of her high school band, and dance team member of her high school dance team. She has also unmasked her other hidden abilities to sing and act while working under the direction of Hilda Willis at the PAPY performing arts company in Atlanta, GA.
Racquel is set to release her debut EP titled “Live 2 Dance” in Summer 2011 under independent label K.Y.D.A. Entertainment. Racquel wrote all of the songs on the EP and each song captures the innocence and fun spirit of young people, yet it will speak to their consciousness as well.
