What is a Caress?
A caress is a loving touch that you give to others or to yourself. You can touch yourself with your attention. Where you place your attention and the special healing quality you hold within your consciousness ie. loving, joyful or happy feelings - are recognised for their optimal healing power. Your loving attention is the caress I will be referring to.
What is A Chakra?
The word Chakra is derived from a Sanskrit word meaning wheel used to describe the main energy or power centres in the body that have corresponding physical and emotional characteristics. Learning to place your attention on each chakra helps to open that area to the healing energy of each loving caress you give to it and the energy sensations moving throughout your being. Each chakra contains your personal and collected experiences, some positive, others negative, and the aim of this CD is to help transform these into valuable and worthwhile information that you can learn to accept about yourself. You may not achieve this immediately, however with repeat listening, you gradually experience further shifts and transformations as you learn to lazer beam optimal healing power into the chakras and encourage your true colours to shine through like a rainbow.

How to use this CD
Throughout this CD, I will guide you through familiar collective images and colours of the Chakras and ask you to connect with your own personal images and colours too. Collective meanings refer to known facts, whereas Personal meanings refer to your own unique experiences which are sometimes more relevant and healing than those that are well documented. The Chakra Caress Meditation is designed to awaken and enliven the chakras and afterwards you may feel so energised that you want to let your body move to the chakra dance music. Track 3 gives special focus to opening the heart chakra to feelings of love and acceptance, by immersing yourself in the evocative music and the feelings and impressions that come to your mind. This is your inner experience so if you want to move at a slower or faster pace than my suggestions, then I encourage you to listen to you own inner wisdom. You will find that my voice won’t distract you as you are simply listening to it as a guide, and you will know what is best for you to discover more about the wonders of yourself, to accept all aspects of yourself, and recognise the divine in yourself and others. Whatever comes up for you during the meditation, you can caress it and dispel and transform any past hurts, angers and fears into the beautiful rainbow colours of your chakras.
