Influences for this album ranged from Gypsy to African Ju-Ju music. Both worlds layered and intertwined in a maze of zen sounds that will have you comfortably lost in a wondrous meditative state. Flamenco Futuro marks the 2nd official release from Felipe Delgadillo (a.k.a. DAMEDAS). All songs were recorded, produced and written by DAMEDAS. Song number seven titled "Ormiga" was co-engineered by Ashley Delgadillo. All tracks were recorded live using analog tape format with no overdubs except for track number two titled "Saba". This particular album was initially to be released and sold as a limited edition cassette tape, but pre-orders sold out in just a few days. By popular demand he decided to put out a few extra tapes and Cd''s and make it available for digital download. This release was Mastered by Ian Flux with Fly In The Eye Audio.
