Tommy Cornell is an 18 year old musician from the So Cal San Diego area. Tommy is an avid songwriter and writes all his own music. Tommy has been compared to sounding like: The Black Lips, Dinosaur jr, Nirvana, The Smashing Pumpkins,My Chemical Romance, The Doors, Tim Mcgraw and The White Stripes as well as many others .He has also been told often that he has a very original sound.
After perfecting his music by listening to tons of different bands and playing in a few bands as well as many shows. He has recorded his debut album The Age of Leisure with proffesional producer Alex Pappas. All the songs sound different from eachother so you wont get bored listening to the same sounding stuff over and over again. The songs are radio friendly as well as unique and indie type sounding. Bottom line is this kid is young and loaded(not as on drugs) and hes planning to go far with his original sounding songwriting and radio friendly as well as indie type songs.
