We are Still Human and so are you...
This album is a collaboration project of three friends and musicians who reunited to express and spread songs and the essence of their life journeys. On a fusion of Profound, Romantic, borderline clever even whimsical Lyrics in English and Spanish with an instrumental World Rhythms Vibrations Featuring The cello and the Cajon as percussion, nonetheless the presence of our main instruments are acoustic and electric guitars and bass.
Everything started when after years of innumerable stories and life situations and always with the desire to make music together, Arturo Perez (Main Vocals and Bass), Daniel Lepervanche (Main Vocals and Acoustic Guitar) and
Cesar Paz (Electric Guitar and Chorus) finally gathered to rehearse and record by the end of 2010.
The album was recorded on a concert hall in the city of Miami, in order to attain a live and natural sound. With that raw ingredient at hand and being the first main professional recording together, the album was named demo-tape. It is a "real" album with a bar code... and also a demo- tape for our friends, fans, partners and collaborators to hear.
As part of the concept of the album, it was intended to maintain its organic feeling applying as little editing as possible and give it a live raw feeling,
The Original song compositions were written and performed by Arturo Perez and Daniel Lepervanche. Cesar Paz has attributed inmensely as a main collaborator, adding musical arrangements, performance and his unmeasurable light to this project.
The three of them come from different genres and trends and all gave their part to fusion their favorite rhythms as well as their joy for music.
The naming of the music project collaboration " Still human" was due to the multiple meaning of the word Still: Quietness and Time manifested on our human self. In any case anyone can assimilate on their own interpretation.
