SABOTABBY
Sabotabby is an acoustic music group from Canada who play a blend of traditional Celtic and Hillbilly music they like to call "Celtibilly". This is also the title of their second independently produced CD.
At festivals, in pubs or on the street corner, this creative and enthusiastic group of musicians is sure to entertain while performing instrumental Celtic tunes, blazing bluegrass breakdowns, swinging country, hurtin'' old time
ballads or even accapella numbers.
Sabotabby combines a vast repertoire of musical skills with a ‘down home’ foot stomp’n appeal.
Sabotabby has been quite successful at home and abroad. Sabotabby’s debut CD was consistently in the top 10 in 1997-98 on the Canadian College Music charts. Sabotabby have great success playing overseas from Greece to Portugal and from England to Austria, they have recently returned from their sixth European tour promoting their latest CD entitled Celtibilly. Sabotabby has sold over 4000 CD’s independently!
