The meeting of drummer Guillaume Lambert and guitarist Simon Belzil led to an overwhelming creation process. Recruiting their own ex-band mates, they decided to focus on forbearing musical structures without sacrificing heaviness. “The adoption of 7 strings guitars was quite interesting” says guitarist Simon Belzil. “It allows us to build different melodies while keeping the shreds very heavy. People who are not into metal or hardcore end up enjoying our music. If you’re not the ninja-type in a show, you can always join the crowd for a big gang vocal part. I think the perspective of having a much wider crowd will help us achieve our goal; playing music day and night, 365 days a year.”
