Christofer Holland is a New York City based singer/songwriter. Christofer first began writing and recording in Chicago while studying music business at Columbia College Chicago.
He recorded “Let Me Take You Away”, a mid-tempo pop-rock track featuring Melissa Totten with Grammy-nominated film composer, songwriter, artist and producer, Carlos Villalobos at the legendary Chess Studios.
Thereafter he moved to London to continue developing his music and find his sound. He wrote and recorded a series of songs: “Sunshine”, “Get Up”, “Keep Smiling”, “Sweet Sugar Thing” and “Childhood Memories” with Kevan Frost, a Tony Award and Drama Desk Award winning music producer.
He then returned to New York City to continue his evolution as a singer/songwriter where he recorded “Deep Down”, “Survive”, “Hello Stranger”, “Gemini” and “Why?” with the internationally credited and award winning producer/arranger, Spyros Poulos.
Christofer Holland’s influences are eclectic and from a variety of pop, rock and dance influences.
This album is a resurrection of songs ranging from pop/rock, pop/dance to heartfelt ballads. A showcase of diverse approaches to songwriting featuring a star cast of musicians and producers.
