Every year since 1987, my father, Dr. Richard H. Overman, has penned a new poem illuminating a certain aspect of Christ’s coming to earth, and I have composed a musical setting to complement the text. My wife Arlene & I have recorded the first fourteen of what we hope will be many such songs. Our hope is that these new carols will help you to discover Christ in a new light. Dr. Richard Overman is a theologian who taught at the University of Puget Sound. Robert & Arlene Overman hold Masters degrees in Choral Conducting & Voice respectively, and are raising a musical family in Victoria, BC.
