Haviah Mighty, just 18 years of age, was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. She started out a singer, practicing at the New Conservatory of Music for seven years before branching out to rap and produce. She does many local shows and has opened for various artists such as Shawn Desman, Danny Fernandez and Karl Wolf. She’s won several musical competitions, most notably the ''I CAN TRANSFORM YA REMIX CONTEST'' hosted by Chris Brown. From singing to song writing to composing to mixing and mastering, she does it all. Her style of music is extremely versatile, reminiscent of no one else currently in the industry although her urban street sound and vicious lyrical ability may remind you of a young Nicki Minaj. Still, the quality of her vocals when singing is downright stunning.
Haviah Mighty''s debut mixtape entitled No Studio was hosted by DJ ill Will ... the entire project was written, composed/produced, sung, rapped, recorded and mixed by her. Her latest project is the release of her first digitally distributed single, ‘Drinks On Go,’ a definite smash for Summer 2011!
