My recording career started in 1959 with a gentleman named Cecil Null. He was the writer of the song "I Forgot More Than You''ll Ever Know". We worked as a duet for approximately three years and recorded two songa that we wrote. They were recorded on a 45 rpm record for Revolvo Records. We wrote several songs together after that, but did not record any additional records. "Don''t Let My Dreeams Come True" was the "A" side and "She Just Can''t Figure Out Why" the "B" side. It is in the Official price guide to Records 2001, 15th edition, under Cecil & Emmitt. In 1964, I recorded four songs on two 45 rpm records for Ecton Records that I did not write. "Twist M Around Your Finger" was the "A" side and "What in the World In The World Is Love" the "B" side. "Twist Me Around Your Finger" hit the Hot Pop Programming in Billboard magazine, in September, 1964. "What In The World Is Love" is still on https://www.tradebit.com today, under Emmitt Luttrell. In April 1966, one of my Latin Instrumental''s came out on the Mystic Mood Orchestra''s "One Stormy Night" album. It came out on vinly and is still on the market today as a CD.
