CSS Is Too Freakin' Difficult......

Not Anymore!

Dear Friend,

Are you fed up of using just standard HTML tags in your web pages whilst the "guru" web designers are out there getting all of the business because they are the only people clever enough to use fancy CSS attributes on their pages?

Well you don't have to feel left out in the cold anymore, because I am going to let you in on one of the closest guarded secrets in the web design world today, make sure nobody is looking over your shoulder when you read this because what I am about to say is pure dynamite, are you ready? Here goes.....

"CSS Is A Piece Of Cake"

Yes, that's right, I just said that CSS is a piece of cake, as in so simple even your gran could do it! (well, she could if she had access to this guide but more about that later)

You see CSS has somewhat of a stigma attached to it, the general perception is that to understand CSS you have to be a geeky web design person; you know the sort I mean, those people that sit in basements all day coding away making a fortune whilst the rest of us slave away behind a desk, sorry, enough steriotyping! It's just that I get really annoyed with the old fashioned web design types that won't share information with us mere peasents!

However, I am here today to break away from the old fashioned web designers (I used to be one but saw the error of my ways) and let you into all of the trade secrets so that you too can become a master of CSS. I slaved away for years with the web design Gurus and now I am ready to share with you all of the CSS tips I picked up in that time, allow me to present you with:

There it is, in all it's glory. My definitive CSS guide, 58 pages of CSS tips and best of all a fantastic practical lesson for an absolute beginner!

As I said before, I spent years working under these so called "Web Design Gurus" and now it's time to share the information with you.

"But What Are The Benfits Of CSS?"

Another very good question, and one that I will be happy to give you the answer too. There are many benefits to CSS when compared to standard HTML, adding CSS to your new and existing pages will allow you to:

1. Reduce page loading times

2. Save on bandwidth and hosting costs

3. Maintain a theme throughout your entire site

4. Quicly and easily make changes to multiple pages in seconds

5. Much more control over the design of your site

6. Use styles that are simply not possible using just HTML

7. Improved search engine rankings (by using cleaner code when compared to HTML)

8. Improve the printing of your web pages

"What Is Included In The Book?"

Don't be fooled by the price, this book isn't 58 pages of fluff, each page is full of CSS tips and guides.

The eBook starts with a brief introduction showing you what CSS is, where it can be used, the different types of CSS and why CSS is so much better than regular HTML!

Then we get to the good stuff, a hands on tutorial prepared by moi, that takes you by the hand and shows you how to create a simple 5 page website using loads of different CSS styles and attributes, each step comes complete with easy to follow screen shots and full source code for you to use just incase you get stuck!

After the hands on tutorial comes some CSS theory that you can use to take your CSS knowledge even further, this includes external, internal and inline style sheets - don't worry if this sounds double dutch to you, all will become clear when you have finished my hands on tutorial!

Just like in the hands on tutorial all code is included in the book, so if you are feeling lazy you can just copy and paste, but I would recommend at least trying it out yourself before you resort to the copy/paste tactic, you will get a lot more benefit from the book if you work your way through it at your own pace.
So with all that in mind, what are you waiting for?
