Jeff Bastardi has been singing in bands ever since he can remember. He began singing in soul bands in Philadelphia when he was just 13 years old, moved on to the acoustic music of the 70s, Los Angeles and hard rock in the 80s, and Nashville, Tennessee for country rock in the 90s.
He has always believed that God had a plan for him with his music, and 1995 he asked for His guidance. Almost instantly, his band broke up and he was left without music for a year...he thought it was over.
Jeff turned his life over to God and again – almost instantly – God gave his music back to him in the form of the contemporary holiness music you will find on his CD -- Let Go, Let God. Jeff writes and performs all of the songs...his voice is remarkable, and his lyrics will keep your heart filled with God.
Jeff was blessed with an amazing music partner – Charliey Wright. Jeff has played with a lot of musicians over the years, but Charliey takes the cake. Jeff had his acoustic guitar and his songs and Charliey filled in the rest - he knew exactly what to do with Jeff’s melodies. All the musical arrangements are his.
