When I first started building these sites, I realized that I was doing the same things over and over again to setup each new site. So I created a plugin that works in tandem with ClickBump Engine to make site setups super fast.
I call it Click JumpStart and I’ve just released version 2.5
I originally created JumpStart as a personal project to help me automate the various manual processes I have to do for every site I launch. Things like creating my Privacy Policy page, About Us and Contact Us, setting up my site theme and configuring site defaults. I found myself repeating the same exact routine over and over again with each new site I’d create. I reasoned there had to be a better way. I searched around for a tool that would help me automated all these redundant and time intensive tasks and I came up empty.
I then set out to create my own solution. And what was so very cool and so vital to my process is that once I did it, I could not imagine building a site without it.
