Nowhere is this proclamation more evident than on his Exact Records release Perfect Mystery. Co-written and produced by the critically acclaimed songwriter Jonathan Kingham (Cindy Morgan, Glen Phillips), Perfect Mystery takes the listener to a deeper level of understanding about God, themselves and the world around them. The songs have a contemporary pop rock sound and a singer/songwriter intimacy. Stand out tracks like Lean into Me and I Am Here offer reassurance of an unyielding love where others like It Was Good and Remember to Breathe reminds us of the beauty around us.
A culturally diverse upbringing found Stefan living in places as a varied as Maryland and Turkey, and a host of other countries in between. It was after Stefan moved to Seattle that he developed a taste for performing while landing film, television, and theater roles. His vocal "gift" came to the forefront when he volunteered at Camp Rainbow Gold in Boise, Idaho, a camp for children with cancer. Stefan sang at Rainbow Gold''s campfires, which lead to Wish Boats and Love Knots, an album he recorded especially for the camp.
That record prompted Stefan to record his first solo recording, From Within. Since its release Stefan has been performing across the country at churches, conferences, theaters, and opera houses as a featured artist or as a guest. Recent performances of note include Creation Festival 2005, RSI Asilomar Conference 2005 and guest spots with speakers like Marianne Williamson, David Ault and Edwene Gaines. His performances are consistently leaving audiences awe-struck and inspired.
