The Skinny on the Album
A little over a year ago The Blues Cats literally sneaked into the studio and produced a 9 song CD they called "INTOXICATED". No engineer, no producer, no mixing or mastering. Just some very talented artists who barely knew how to operate the studio equipment. But they PRODUCED a CD. They shopped it around a little, impressed the right people and got the financial backing they needed to do it right. And Right it is. Armed with professional sound engineering and producing, they took those 9 songs back into the studio, added a few more and on May 5th, 2004 The Blues Cats released a full length recording, 14 tracks, over 1 hour play time, appropriately titled "INTOXICATED....again". 13 tracks of Jake Walker''s original songs and music, with 1 cover tune done just like you remember it and like you''ve never heard it before.
The Band
The Blues Cats are just a couple of years old as a band, but the musicians have over a 100 years of playing experience behind them. They are the real deal.
