Brain Forest is the brain child of Jamie Wilson, owner/operator of Bird House Studios Inc.. On "If Only We Were More Attentive" which is the second CD by Brain Forest, he plays all the drums & percussion on this CD, in addition to some of the midi and synthesizer parts. He is joined by a number of guest artists; Don Peyton, Steve Cecil, Pete Miller, Cecil Cellucci, John Kotria, Sean McComiskey, Jim Eagan, Ralph Reinoldi, Beth Soeder, and spoken words by Richard Sober, Sandie Castle, and Tom DiVenti.
"If Only We Were More Attentive" is a sister CD to the spoken word CD entitled "Missing In Action" by Richard Sober and Sandie Castle, which was produced by Bird House Studios Inc.. The goal of this CD is to provide a musical soundscape for a few of the poems read by Richard Sober and Sandie Castle. Also, you will find one poem by Tom DiVenti of Apathy Press, Baltimore, Maryland.

Jamie Wilson plays V-Drums on all tracks but 3 and 4. Hand piano and clave on track 1. Clay drum on tracks 1, 8, and 10. Shaker on tracks 2, 4, 7 and 8. Dumbek on tracks 2, 7, and 10. Bass drum on tracks 3 and 5. Hand clapping on tracks 3 and 7. Synthesizers on tracks 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9. Cow bell, wood block, gong, and snare drum on track 5. Theramin on tracks 6, and 9. Chimes, rain stick, triangle, and metal chair being hit with a leather percussion sticks on track 7. Frame drum on tracks 8 and 10. Tambourine on track 8. Rattles on track 9. Congas on track 10.
