Details:
The musical life of Dan Rockett began one afternoon in a small village called East Greenwhich, Rhode Island. Dan was crawling through the kitchen hwen he noticed a suspicious gang of pots and pans hanging around. A small altercation erupted and he was forced to beat the troublemakers into submission. Lo and behold... the glorious tones of steel hitting steel. Dan''s parents couldn''t have been happier about this discovery!

Around the time he learned to walk and talk, Dan began a prosperous career as a lip synching, air guitar master. Right off the bat... Master!! Eventually, his brother Matt would introduce him to Pink Floyd and teach him to play the eponymous riff to "Smoke On The Water" by Deep Purple

Throughout junior high and high school Dan was a terrible drummer. Playing along to "Tom Sawyer" by Rush, but only playing the drum fills, not realizing the song was in 7. He did his best to keep up with Neal, but to no avail.

After school, Dan stayed in Boston and started a band with a group of stellar musicians and great guys. They played around the Northeast for four years, at which point Dan decided to pack up and move west to Los Angeles. Before leaving, he headed up to Dizzyland Studio in New Hampshire, and with the help of his favorite Boston musicians, recorded the album "What I''ve Seen" in six days.
