This new "Celebrate Love" album provides a selection of time honored songs with creative renditions provided by her arranger and recording technician, Neil Harding who according to guitarist performer Rendal (Ren) Wall "has one of the best ears in the recording business." Neil’s renditions, accompaniments, and technical recording skills are superb. You will also hear some delightful guitar enhancements performed by the famous Ren Wall, who played with Rem Wall and the Green Valley Boys, and is currently a key person with the Heritage Guitar Company.
Donna’s rich tones and voice clarity is highlighted in the following songs; “That Sunday That Summer, Unforgettable, Where Is The Love, Days Of Wine And Roses, I Fall In Love Too Easily, You Are The Sunshine Of My Life, Shangri-la, A Man And A Woman, Cheek To Cheek, For All We Know, Can’t take My Eyes Off Of You, Fly Me To The Moon, and In This Very Room.”
This last song on the album "In This Very Room" brings us back to Donna’s religious underpinnings and has become a hallmark song requested often in her live performances. It is a fitting conclusion to this CD collection.
