Painting,sculpting, publishing chapbooks, writing poetry, fiction stories, screenplays, songs, are my “dream jobs”. Like many, I am forced to put away these dreams and squeeze into a work-a-day world that doesn’t interest me. Music is the dreamway. Art is freedom. All phases of art are a "turn-on". If art is an imitation of life, then, life is the real "turn on."
I love the energy that comes from creating something new. Appreciation for talent and the messages it brings is a constant thing in my life.
Luckily, I found people who helped me form the music the way I wanted it to be heard. I thank all involved in the credits on the cover for their expert assistance in the making of Outside of Time.
There will be another CD coming along - Tone Poems, Etc. which will exhibit my beat-style poetry (Beat Suite) and some other fandangos that have sound effects and surprises.
I reach for humor as well as seriousness. Tone Poems is a mixed bag of enjoyable listening.
