Sentinel was originally formed in the late 1990''s as a musical side project between Dennis Bestafka and Tarabud in Long Beach California. These seeds of sunny seaside dream pop eventually branched out to the San Francisco/Bay Area and caught the interest of two local musicians, Jenna Tiano (keys) and David Serotkin (drums). After only a couple months of rehearsals, Sentinel began playing local Bay Area shows in early 2006.
