BIOGRAPHY
Tanisha Daniel Gilling, also known as Tanny D., was born 11 of June in the City of Panama, Central America. She began performing professionally from the age of 7 and has received many recognitions along the way. Some of her first songs are “Vuelve Ya” and “No Voy a Llorar”, in Panamanian as well as international productions. After 2 years living in New York, Tanny returns to the scene with songs like Stop Beeping Me, TRAICION, Las Dueñas del Negocio (the Owners of the Business) and internationally in productions such as Cruzando Fronteras (Costa Rica) and NYC SEX and Chosen Few “El Documental” (USA), which won a Latin Billboard Award in 2006.
She has had the honor to share the stage with artist such as Vico C, Nicky Jam, Daddy Yankee, perfomed twice for the TELETON 20-30 and worked with great producers as Dj. June, Dj LM, Ricky Cash, Cholo Po and Boy Wonder (Chosen Few). On April 25th 2007, Tanny D. had the honor to be the opening act in the Virgin Islands (St. Thomas) for the one of the top performers of our times, Sean Paul.
Tanny D. has recently finished working on her most promising project, which is her new CD that consist of 10 tracks and video. The production is a blend Anglo/Latino rhythyms and fussions which is positioning her as one of the pioneers of Urban and Spanish reggae. Enjoy!!!
