MP3 Breathing Underwater EP (Special Edition) - POP: with Electronic Production

Alternative pop pock

7 MP3 Songs
POP: with Electronic Production, ROCK: 80''s Rock

Details:
When submerged by the concept of impossibility, failure most commonly follows. Refusing to accept this process of suffocation, Breathing Underwater was formed below the surface.

The first breath of new life was discovered in the surrounding suburbs of Detroit, MI, when two childhood friends, guitarist John Pregler and front man Jake Hoke, began interweaving musical ideas and interests. Jelling into a cohesive song writing team, the group would soon represent a formidable outfit for the creation of an original sound and style.

Piloted by the guiding hand of producer Grant Mohrman, Breathing Underwater dived into the construction of their debut self-titled EP. Upon completion, the EP would yield seven stellar tracks, induced by the meticulous union of Breathing Underwater and its navigator, Mohrman.

The break out disc opens with the synth-laced rock stampede Rain Clouds, a two and a half minute hook-laden, 80''s tinged musical stomp. With subtle hints at smash hit pop artists from the past, Rain Clouds serves as the appropriate prediction for Breathing Underwater''s ultimate destination in music today. Hot on its heels comes the piano driven hook-heavy sing-along, A Cinderella Story. Boasting a huge pop chorus deftly punctuated by Hoke''s signature falsetto lifts and featuring Oscar Award-winning pianist Luis Resto (Eminem, G-unit) on the keys, A Cinderella Story carries the potential of threatening the #1 spot of rock charts across the US. Meeting the EP''s half way mark arrives the memorable and thumping Silhouette. Reinforced by supportive electronics and directed by vivid lyrical imagery, Silhouette climaxes with it''s gigantic, over-driven chorus completed by Hoke''s melodically explosive lead vocal touching on both sympathy and hope in a time of despair. The opus concludes with Capsized, once again showcasing the group shining blindingly bright, as they effortlessly deliver another surefire track over ghostly electronic scatter.
