"The Magician''s Daughter" is Patsy O''Brien''s third solo cd. All proceeds from this and his other cds will fund "The Peru Project":
From May 17 to May 31 2007, Patsy will be in Ate ("at-aya"), a slum on the outskirts of Lima, Peru.
He will be one of a dozen volunteers who will be involved in, among other things, building a creche in the heart of the slum for the children of the impoverished families. Each volunteer is raising $1700 (EUR 1300) to pay for :
bricks and mortar
a social worker for a year
basic vaccinations.
100% of the proceeds from Patsy''s Cd sales, including the brand new Cd, "The Magician''s Daughter", will go towards raising that target amount.
