Panda Sniper is very newbie friendly, especially with the supporting videos. Everything is well explained, and very good readable.
It describes the whole process from finding a niche / keyword to setting up your site, in such a way that Google will like it. The report also describes several SEO methods that should be taken into account during and after the set up of your website.
The other PDF, Commission Mastermind, is also very clearly written and included some real SEO and traffic enerating aha-moments (at least for me). All of these methods are explained in a step by step way, so you can easily implement these yourself. I will implement some methods for sure!
