The Penalty Recovery Method is more than a great reference and guide on how to recover from a Google penalty but it goes into detail, without any fluff, on how to avoid a penalty in the first place. And $9 is such a small price to pay for such up to date quality SEO information.

Suffice to say I found a few gems in the report, especially the one about the Robots.txt file, and the section on 'Google Trust Factors' is especially enlightening.
