He lays everything out in a step by step process showing you the best ways to do everything.
That includes how to talk to the business owners, what he actually offers them, optimizing all the pages, what plugins to use, and so much more.
The thing I really like is that he tells you some basic SEO motives to get the site on the radar.
He also provides another PDF on how to setup the WordPress theme which is very newb friendly and shows you a lot of things I have never seen before.
He also provides a few bonuses in his package that I haven't gotten a chance to look at.
Honestly I could of wrote more about his package but didn't want to make this too long to bore anyone.
Another thing is that his customer service is great. I emailed him twice and both times he answered me within hours.

These WP templates are virtually ready-made websites in a box, with features small businesses actually want. Obviously you want to customise them to suit, but they're easy to set up when you know how. Not being particularly technically minded myself, I managed to get so far on my own but then needed a bit of support. I'm happy to say Dylan knows his stuff and when he says he'll provide support, he does! Quickly too!
Once the first site is set up correctly, it's easy to repeat. The more you do, the faster you get.
